Chocolate Chip Blueberry Bread

Follow me!

I was in the mood to make something new the other day, as I so often am, and so I asked my husband if he had any ideas about what I should bake. “What about some chocolate chip blueberry bread?” he asked. I told him that I had never had that before, or anything really that combined blueberries and chocolate, but it sounded amazing. He was pretty incredulous about this, and insisted I must have dabbled in these flavors before. Apparently, he’s had his fare share of chocolate chip blueberry muffins and cakes and breads, while I’m still not convinced I’ve ever seen blueberry chocolate chip anything at any sort of bakery anywhere.

Regardless of our back-and-forth banter about the commonality of this combo, this bread came out a moist and delicious, with almost too many chocolate chips to be considered a breakfast food (key word: almost). There’s a cinnamon crumble on top too, because when it comes to fruity breads and breakfast-ish cakes, go cinnamon crumble or go home. Whether or not you’re well-experienced with chocolate-chip blueberry breads and muffins, or you’re a first-timer like me-self, this is a berry delicious new recipe that you won’t want to miss.

Thanks for revealing your ideas. Another thing is that college students have a solution between federal student loan plus a private student loan where it really is easier to select student loan debt consolidation than with the federal student loan.
