Fruity Pebbles Marshmallow Treats (small batch)

Servings 2 giant squares

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 bag marshmallows approximately 8 oz
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles

  1. Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium heat. Once melted, add in the marshmallows and heat on low until melted. I always save a couple of marshmallows to mix in toward the end, so feel free to save a few (I'll explain soon!). It is important to keep the heat on low or your marshmallow might harden too quickly. Once the marshmallows have melted completely, remove from heat, and add in the vanilla and salt. Then, mix in the Fruity Pebbles. If you saved any marshmallows, break them into little pieces and stir them in at this point.
  3. Turn the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Do not press down on the treats too much, or they will be too hard and dense. Let the treats cool for 45 minutes to an hour before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
