Chocolate Peanut Butter Golden Graham Crunch Brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup dark chocolate cocoa powder regular unsweetened cocoa will work too
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips plus a handful for sprinkling on top
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and prepare a 8" x 8" pan by spraying with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Then, mix in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the pan, spreading it out on the bottom as best as you can. Then pour the melted peanut butter on top of the batter, spreading it around in an even layer. Spread the remaining half of the batter on top. It is ok if there is peanut butter coming through to the top!
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Top the warm brownies with additional chocolate chips and Reeses Peanut Butter chips. As they begin to melt, sprinkle the Golden Grahams evenly over the top. Let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
