Instructions

Instructions:

For the Chocolate Chip Blueberry Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray, and set aside.
  2. Mix the together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and the blueberries. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, and spread evenly.

For the Crumble:

  1. Cut the butter into small pieces and place into a bowl. (Tip: If you have a cheese grater, this is a great way to "cut" butter for crumble toppings!) Stir in the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. The mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle evenly on top of the batter.
  2. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Start checking it around 50 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
